The place was beautifully decorated for one night. Particularly good and decent setting and restaurants and bars near the hotel. Very quick check in, brilliant prices. Really enjoyable stay, as always.

Hotel manager and staffs are extremely helpful, since even before I checked in till the second see us off on taxi to airport. Very responsive to email inquiry and give us good information about Hanoi taxi, which can be tricky sometimes! Very clean and cosy room, simple decor with taste. Hotel located at central to everything and only couple of minutes walk to the lake. Great cooked breakfast.Would recommend it to anyone. Good to stay in if you want to go on an overnight boat trip to Halong Bay as they stored our luggage till we came back..Will definatley stay there next time we go to Hanoi.

Can not say this hotel is a 3 stars hotel. All the facilities they have is not a recomended as a 3 stars hotel.
-We reserved for 2 deluxe room at this hote for 2 nights stayl, and it has been mentioned in the hotel's information and my reservation's confirmation from Booked.net - it has a balcony, and bigger room - the fact when we arrived, they gave us 2 standard rooms. When we complained, they said the rooms are deluxe rooms, after I showed printed confirmation paper and it's written there the deluxe rooms has a balcony, than they gave us 1 deluxe room and 1 standard room for the first night and 2 deluxe rooms for the 2nd night -The facilities in the room can not be said as a 3 stars hotel, as the bathroom is so poor, in my deluxe room which is the bigest room they have offered us, even the shower just using the plastic curtain and the rooms are dull. There are no microvawe or sofas as they have mentioned in their website -The internet line does not work at all -The manager hotel is okay -The food for breakfast is okay, the noodle they make is good -

It was my oasis from the madness! I actually liked having an internal room, it was incredibly quiet and dark for a great sleep and escape from the constant busy-ness outside. The room is very well presented and clean, particularly for the money, and was big enough to have a large bag beside the bed. The bathroom had a great shower for tall people (very important) although some may not like the lack of a bath I prefer it. The bathroom is a "wet" room, ie, no shower basin, but the floor slopes properly and it didn't get wet outside the curtain area. Breakfast was as varied as most hotels, in fact more so than some other more expensive ones. Location is great for the Old Quarter. Suggest enjoying the view from the top deck!
Small thing only - the room could do with a bag table or a fold down shelf to save space.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and pretty clean. Shower hot and clean. Had 2 different rooms, as I left for Halong Bay for overnight stay, 2nd room was even bigger but a bit noisy due to facing the street. But it was alright.
Carpets could be renewed.

First room was without window and on the noisy street. Breakfast was poor (never seen fresh fruit, ...). Ansking too many times to book with their tourtrips, even the prices where higher than elswehere even for the same triptour. Do not trust wake-upcalls because they can forget them!
